1. Purpose
These terms set the conditions for using the mobile application Animal Mart (the "app") provided by the Animal Mart team ("we"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.
2. The service
The app is a puzzle game about sorting goods on shop shelves and serving animal customers. It offers levels, boosters (Hint, Shuffle, Add shelf, Undo, Wait!), a daily challenge, a streak gift, a capsule machine with collectible figures and shop decorating. Progress is stored on your device and no sign-in is needed.
3. Free use, ads and in-app products
The app is free and shows ads (Google AdMob). Ad content is provided by advertisers and we do not endorse the products or services advertised. In-app products such as Remove Ads, Mart VIP, coin packs, bundles and the starter pack are bought through Google Play, and refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and applicable law. Remove Ads and Mart VIP remove forced ads (banner, interstitial and exit-screen ads); rewarded ads you choose to watch stay optional (Mart VIP grants those rewards without a video). In-game coins, capsules, figures and stardust have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Capsules are earned through play, the daily challenge, the streak gift and optional rewarded ads; they are never sold for money, and the chance of each rarity is shown in the app. Bundles that include a figure name that figure in advance.
4. Your responsibilities
You must not modify the app or obtain coins or products by abnormal means. If you do, we may revoke the related benefits or limit support.
5. Intellectual property
All rights in the app and its components (characters, art, sounds, levels, code and trademarks) belong to us.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app. Progress stored on your device may be lost if you uninstall the app or reset the device; non-consumable purchases (Remove Ads, Mart VIP) can be recovered with "Restore purchases".
7. Changes and discontinuation
We may add, change or remove features, or discontinue the service.
8. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the changed terms.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are settled by the competent court for our location, except where mandatory laws of your place of residence apply.
